Accessing Results

At BWU, to ensure you have timely access to important diagnostic information, we strive to have your patient’s ultrasound results returned within 2 business days of the scan.

When you refer a patient to our clinic for the first time, our administration team will reach out to your office to establish clear lines of communication. During this initial contact, we will ask for the following details to ensure smooth processing and accurate delivery of results:

Clinic Details
Provider number (for Medicare purposes)
Preferred Contact Method for Results (email or fax)

In the case of any urgent or concerning findings, a BWU staff member will directly contact you, or your clinic, to discuss the results. We will work with you to arrange appropriate follow-up care, ensuring that your patient’s health needs are addressed in a timely and coordinated manner.
